Am I allowed to book speaking sessions beyond the time the points expire?
If so, what will happen to my points if I cancel the session?

If you have points in your account, you can spend them. Once spent they can no longer expire. If you cancel, however, the points can expire again and the system will calculate based on the net spending of points from the original receipt date of the points. The system does this check once a day so if you are worried that returned points might be past expiry you should reuse them right away.
