People with poor self-control may over eat (binge) on sweets, like chocolate sundaes (ice cream), or constantly delay doing things (procrastinate). These are bad habits. I say that we can train our brains to stop indulging in these bad habits if we recognize that they are the result of a network of neurons in the brain that we can change.
