Billed on September 10 although downgraded in August

I downgraded my account to free in August. Nonetheless I have been billed the monthly subscription. I have to say that I am very angry and disappointed right now!!
Here is what you gonna do (please):

  • Cancel my account and all my data immediately,
  • reimburse the subscription fee billed on September 10,
  • never write me any e-mail whatsoever.
    Is this the way to usually treat your customers?

Sorry to hear that. Not sure what September 10 payment you are referring to, I assume you meant to say August 10.
I refunded your most recent payment and expired your subscription.
