Automatic renewal for next year but app does not recognize it - cant use lingq despite renewal! Thanks

Google play automatically renewed my LingQ subscription for the next year. I got the receipt via email.

My LingQ unfortunately is behaving as though i no longer have a subscription.

It tells me to upgrade to premium when i try to translate a sentence.

How can I enter the fact that i have renewed into the app to resume functionality?

I use LingQ a lot!
