Hi everyone,
I’m having an issue with the audio transcription feature when creating a lesson. I uploaded an audio file of around 20 minutes, but the system only generated a single page with no more than 10 sentences.
It seems like the transcription isn’t processing the full audio, even though I’m still within my monthly transcription limit.
Has anyone else experienced this? Or is there something I might be doing wrong?

Did you notice the issue with one specific lesson only? If so, can you please provide lesson URL?
the lesson is created from an audio file only. There is not url.
I was referring to lesson URL after you import it.
But anyway, no worries, instead please try re-converting the audio file to mp3 again by using this online tool: https://online-audio-converter.com/
and then try importing again.
format is already mp3, no need to convert. But anyway i dont know why now is working fine. Import successfully. Thanks Zoran!!
