Hello, I am quite new to LingQ.
I have successfully imported YouTube videos (in Bulgarian) to the app, but today the app tells me that the various videos I am trying to import do not have subtitles when in fact they all actually have (closed caption) subtitles.
Please give it another try, should work now.
I am also currently having the same issue when trying to import YouTube videos with Chinese captions with the Android app. When using the browser extension om desktop it works. Previously it also worked in the Android app.
Please reinstall the app and give it another try. Thanks.
I have now reinstalled the app, but it is still not working.
