I have emailed a couple of times now but didn’t get a response, so i’m therefore reaching you here.
I was charged without any notification for an annual subscription with LingQ via paypal.
I am disputing this, as I wasn’t informed that the annual subscription was due and since I’m not using the app anymore I would have cancelled.
I am therefore asking for a refund and will provide my details when I’ve heard back from support.
