Android: The lesson editor in sentence mode doesn’t work. Changes are not saved.

Same with ipad IOS. Im deleting random things to clean up sentences. When I do it causes weird shifts and translation. Sometimes if I reload the lesson its fine but notice its getting worse

Hello @JulianiTOgo Could you please specify - do you edit original lesson text or the translation?

Normally the original lesson text. But I think it’s fixed.

@JulianiTOgo I notice one issue, when you edit original text and then tap on the translation, sometimes your edits are lost. Could it be what you encounter?

I confirm: on Android, text changes made to sentences via the app are not saved.

Hello @alainravet1 could you please clarify is it about original text or translation? When you go back to the Page view - can you find new changes there?

How to reproduce:

  • Open a lesson
  • Select ‘sentence mode’ for the first sentence
  • Select ‘modify sentence’
  • Make a change
  • Select Save (click ‘Done’)
  • Failure: no change
