When using the Android app, I have been having a consistent problem with the “Show Synchronized Text” mode, which shows you the text while playing audio, and highlights the current paragraph being read aloud.
With many lessons–whether I import them or find them in LingQ), the scroll will get stuck on a specific paragraph, which will remain highlighted while the audio continues. I can scroll down manually, but after each new paragraph, it scrolls back up to the “stuck” paragraph.
I noticed it tends to happen with very short paragraphs, for example if a paragraph is only an ellipsis.
Is there a solution to this problem? Unfortunately, it makes this important feature unusable, and even if I close out the app and reopen, it remains stuck.
