I had the following exchange in the Exchange. The member in question (inouk) needs technical advice and my French is definitely not up to it…

Sorry for the double posting; my fingers are a bit scrambled this morning.

I now see it’s a triple-posting, perhaps something to do with the extraordinary amount of time it took to post rather than with clumsy/impatient fingers?

@SanneT - Ah, yes. This user was in touch with us via email and we’ve been able to provide her with answers to this and other questions. In any case, thanks for following up with her :slight_smile:
