Please tell your developers that they need to make it possible for a teacher to manually add a Lingq user to a specific classroom. This is customary in other apps used for education.
Sending a classroom link to the student is fine (as we do now), but we need the above option as well.
I have already emailed you the details of my problem, but I have a question:
Is it possible that the app has been changed to allow membership in only ONE classroom at a time?
This wouldn’t be entirely unreasonable except that all of my other students are members of TWO classrooms. They also use the app.
(The need to be in two classrooms is my personal hack for solving a different problem.)
Is there someone following up on this? I created a classroom for my language tandem, another paying user. Although she appears in my student list for the classroom, no of the assigned lessons appear to her.
Maybe Zoran is already helping you with this….but here are my thoughts: Make sure the lessons you want to share are in a playlist and share the playlist with your classroom. Also make sure that you have given access to your students from with the lesson itself. (If your lessons are in courses, you only have to open access to one of the lessons in the course, and the permission will automatically transfer to the rest of the course.) You give this permission on the lesson editing page.
