Add accent to Greek characters in on-screen keyboard

Hi!

I’ve got the Windows On-screen keyboard loaded, but I can’t see how to add accents to Greek letters. An old post on the Microsoft forum directs to another forum which tells you to hold down the left mouse button on the character, and the accents will pop up (as happens on an iphone). But this doesn’t work. I’ve searched extensively, but can’t find an answer. Any clues?

TIA

I don’t know which Windows on-screen keyboard you have, but in mine (PC) you don’t have to add additional accents; the accented vowels are listed specifically. (OK, it’s not exactly a keyboard, but a character map.) They are located between the capital letters and the beginning of the lower case letters. The corresponding line in the keyboard is:
Χ Ψ Ω Ϊ Ϋά έ ή ί ΰ α β γ…
The charakters for ϊ ϋ ό ύ ώ you can find after ω.
If you need ancient Greek characters, you’ll have to scroll down quite a bit, to about 60 or 70% of the list. There you’ll find everything.

Well, don’t know what I was doing wrong before, but my original technique (which I didn’t mention) is now working. Hit the " ’ " key, and then the character, and you get the accented letter.
