Would it be possible to add a “reason” box to the cancel button for conversations? Often tutors have to cancel conversations. In such cases it is only polite to give a reason. At present we can do this by sending the students e-mails or Skype texts, both of which can be fiddly and time-consuming. To have a box next to the cancel button where we or our next of kin can say bad hangover / swine flu / unexpected visit from royalty would be good customer relations.
