There seems to be a problem with my account. I have paid for basic membership from March 08, 2012 to April 08, 2012 but the web indicates that I have free plan only. What could be the problem?

Sorry about that! This happened because you canceled the recurring profile through PayPal, which causes your LingQ account to be automatically downgraded. I’ve now refunded your first payment, so you can upgrade again from the Account page. Remember that you can cancel at any time from the Account page, but the downgrade will take place immediately, so be sure to wait until just before your next billing date so you don’t miss out on any days.
