Account Upgrade Pts not awarded

I upgraded my account to Plus and received the 500 bonus pts but have not been credited with the monthly 3000 pts. Will they be added?

Hi Jacqui,

For some reason, your payment has not gone through, so our system has not sent you your points. There is sometimes a delay with our payment provider so please be patient. Once the payment goes through, you will get your points.
