Recently, I have been studying Japanese. After completing a new lesson and adding all the words as Lingq’s, I proceed to the ‘review vocabulary’ section in Lingq. Under filters, there is a search bar for ‘lessons’ or ‘courses’. You can enter the name of the lesson you just completed, and all the vocabulary for that lesson will appear. Next, I filter out ‘known’ words, select all the words, and proceed with a review.
I just started doing this after every lesson while the ‘new’ words are still fresh in my mind, it’s helped me loads in retaining words that might have otherwise slipped by.
I am aware that you can review during the lesson. However, if you are like me and create phrases with Lingq’s, new words may not frequently appear. By using this method, you can select the words you wish to review.
Just thought It share this because it’s been such a huge help for me.
