Im having trouble uploading an audio file for my lesson. The audio file is 19:00 minutes long, and is 403 MB. Is it too large of a file?

Yeah, it’s way to large unfortunately. It has to be less than 60MB.
403MB are a bit to much for 19 minutes video, you should be able to use any online audio editor to make the file less than 60MB and upload it properly.
