看ted演讲时，遇到这样一个句子’Never before in the modern era has the largest economy in the world been that of a developing country, rather than a developed country. '前半句把我搞糊涂了，到底哪是主语，哪是谓语? has been似乎应该连在一起，这里怎么分开了？哪位能解释下，多谢前！
应该是这样吧
主语是the largest economy
谓语 that (=economy)
也许可以把那个句子改为 the largest economy in the world has been that of a developing country, rather than a developed country.
但还是不明白为什么要把has 提前。

用“Never before” 写句子时助动词 “have、had” 什么的放在主语前面, 就是倒装语序。
