TeacherNia

I am a native speaker of Standard American English. I am CELTA certified and have been teaching English since 1998. I have taught and tutored English online since 2012. Currently, I specialize in correcting your flawed English, increasing your comprehension, making you a fluent communicator and getting you ready for your next career move. I do not tutor beginners or children remotely.

I consume the cleanest nutrient dense food I can get my hands on. I am not a vegetarian. In addition to fresh cow milk, I eat animal parts and fresh produce. In addition to nutrition, I am keen on detoxification and parasite elimination. I am organized and I like problem solving. I go to bed shortly after sunset. I wake up before the first rooster.

In school, I studied chemistry, biochemistry and biology. I love plants and consider them allies. I find human history fascinating, and I wish I knew the truth of it! Haven’t you ever wanted to travel beyond the ice wall and visit other ponds on the plane?

My way of teaching is effective because it is eclectic and pragmatic. My Uncle G would call my method “whatever-it-takes”. I agree with my uncle.

My teaching certifications include: CELTA, ICELT, CLIL and E-tutoring. The University of Camridge ESOL Examinations English for Speakers of Other Languages issued my CELTA in 2009. Cambridge English Language Assessment part of the University of Cambridge issued my ICELT. El Instituto Technologico y de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO) issued both my E-tutoring certificate in 2011, and my Content and Language Integrated Learning in 2012.

I specialize in adults with a strong intermediate or higher level of English who can already maintain a coherent conversation in English and who work in English. If that sounds like you, I’d love to hear from you. Use the messaging system here to let me know exactly what your objectives and expectations are! Let’s create an enjoyable, memorable and practical path to better English.

Cut out all excuses! And go all in on yourself! Get better English, now!
