Hi all, the last YT videos I imported using the browser plugin had the last several minutes cut out: the YT audio is available and playing but the transcription is missing. The lenght of such videos was below 90 minutes, so this is not the issue. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening? Thanks

He has said he is under the max. Why do you say check ? I mean he wants help not someone who just says anything that comes into his head. Help the guy or just shut up please

I regularly have exactly the same issue with French videos.
OP said he was under the time limit (which apparently has been removed btw), not the word limit of 6000 words.

I’m having the same problems. Some videos parts of the transcript are not imported. I have to delete the lesson and import a second time then it works

He didn’t tell the number of words, he told that length is 90 minutes, and I suppose that it can have more then 6k words. I had the same problem and received the same answer

Bits of every transcript missing. Only started doing this about two days ago but everything the same no matter the length

I am quite sure the videos I imported fit within the parameters, being both length or number of words. I used to import videos close to 1.5 hrs with thousands of words and never had this issue. I just uploaded a 45 min long video and the transcription of the last 12 mins is missing.

I’m having the same problem too, which is a shame since Im trying to import videos with more than an hour. Lingq is so instable! The thing you could do Is to transform the video into mp3 form, download as a transcript, and it will be split like a podcast.

Last night the transcript for a long video ended after 30 minutes. This is a common occurrence. So I went directly to YouTube and watched the rest of the video there. And I found the overall experience more pleasurable and less frustrating than using LingQ. No tiny image, no video resetting to the start, no having to switch from video mode to page mode to line mode and back, no having to fiddle around with a pop up dictionary to get the full list and not just the AI translation.
