This issue is known and there’s already forum threads mentioning it.
The issue here is related to changes made on YT’s end. Our team is looking for a solution and we hope to find it soon.

I’m also having the same problem from Mexico. Two days ago the extension was still working fine. I hope it gets resolved soon. The truth is, I’m paying for the app just for this wonderful extension to study with YouTube videos. If this can’t be done anymore, I think I’ll cancel my subscription.
También tengo el mismo problemas desde México, hace dos días todavía estaba funcionando bien la extensión, espero pronto se resuelva, la verdad que estoy pagando la aplicación solo por esta maravillosa extensión para estudiar con video de youtube, si ya no se puede hacer esto, creo que voy a cancelar mi suscripción
