i keep getting “error” on every single video i try import? any help will be appreciated
Which browser/extension are you using? Can you post a link to one of videos you have problem with?
I’m also getting a message that says “ERROR” when I’m trying to import a video from Dreaming Spanish. I use the Chrome browser extension. Then when that error happens I can go the the webpage for lingq.com and it shows a timeout error on that page. I wait a second and reload it and the page loads fine.
@johnindelta Can you please try to reinstall the extension and let me know if that helps? If not, please email me ( support(at)lingq.com ) links of YouTube videos you tried to import but failed.
