This just started happening within the past 24 hours or so, idk why but whenver I click on a lesson and turn the page, my “Word’s read” doesn’t update, the time listened does, and I get the coins for it but it doesn’t show how many words I’ve read.
(This literally happened 3 or so minutes ago before posting) My read words were updated, but only with 600 words and there were around 2k in the podcast i read / listened to.
@justleaveitblank Thanks for your report! Could you please let us know which platform you’re using and provide a bit more detail about how you’re using the lesson when this happens?
Specifically, do you open the lesson in Page View, start the audio, and then move through the pages manually as you listen? Or do you switch to Sentence View and read and listen there?
Does this happen consistently in all lessons, or only in certain ones? If it only happens in certain lessons, a link to one of them would also be helpful.
I’m on PC, and yes. I would open the lesson on page view, start the audio, move through the pages manually as I listen and sometimes the words read arent saved. For example, the day I made this post, Like 4 days or so ago, it saved 600ish words from the 4 or 5 lessons I read. And yesterday, I listend/read 2 of the french LingQ podcasts and it only had 511 words read if I remember correctly, and they were both 12 minutes each with more than 511 words. It was okay for a few days, (the day i originally submitted this post) then happened again yesterday but today it’s fine, so it is seemingly random
