Yes I think the modern woke is most popular among those who spend their lives in the public sector. So university and school teachers, possibly because they are in a more sheltered environment and maintain an idealistic and arguably unrealistic world view.
I meet a lot of Trump supporters, and believers in lunatic theories e.g. covid vaccines were designed to control us, America did not land on the moon and Trump is a decent person. Those people tend to be of low educational achievement. Among older people, I see no polarisation, just shock at the modern world.
