Why my mobile and PC version don't syncing

I bought the Year Premium Plan on my mobile and it’s active. When I log on to LingQ on my PC it shows I’m running the Free version, the limitations are enforced and there’s no continuity between devices.

I log in with the same email in both devices.

I don’t know what’s happening

Your account with username Adalberto_Salinas is free and there is no any payment made on it. That means that you have another account that you are logged in on mobile. Please check under settings on the app version what is your username on Premium account and mke sure to login to that same account on PC.
