Somehow all the text seems to be being duplicated in Arabic.

Do you have a screenshot? It might help the LingQ team to understand the issue. Your link didn’t take me to the course, but when I open lesson 21 of the A1 one I’m not seeing a duplication. In the settings do you have “Show translation” on? And is your dictionary language set to Arabic? That might produce what you’re talking about…like this for example? (my dictionary language is set to English).
I did check the dictionary languages to make sure that Arabic hadn’t gotten added somehow, but I only see Russian there (which is what I expected).
It seems to be included in the lesson because paging moved them to known.
