What Do You Count as a Known Word? (Cities, Countries, Names, Acronyms, etc.)

I take a conservative approach. I leave out English loan words (if they’re the exact same word), names of people and locations unless the word is spelled differently or would be hard to identify automatically in speech, acronyms unless they’re specific to the language or culture…
