Weird ratio on the screen (android app)

I just realized that with the new Android version that was recently released, the app on my Android tablet now feels noticeably narrower than before. In the previous version, the app would fully extend across the entire screen, giving it a much more natural and balanced appearance.

Now, however, I’ve noticed that there’s an added margin on both sides of the screen. This change makes the whole layout appear somewhat elongated — almost as if the content is being pushed inward from the sides, which also makes the text and interface look taller overall. As a result, the screen ratio seems to have changed in this latest update, and unfortunately, not for the better.

I 100 percent preferred the older version, where the app spread across the full screen. It looked more proportional, made better use of the available space, and felt more immersive overall. I hope this feedback makes sense, and I’d really love to see the previous full-screen layout return in future updates.

Thanks for your feedback. I will ask our Android developers to look into this.

Hi @kadirkaratas could you please share a screenshot? Is it for all pages or just in the lesson?

You can actually see here that there are margins on both sides of the page. However, I wasn’t able to fully replicate the issue again, the screen looking unusually elongated. Other than that, I can clearly see the margins on both sides now.
