Weird "Audio too long" error when uploading my file

I got the error above when trying to import an audio file. It’s weird since it’s just 34 minutes (as confirmed by the player preview), but the error message doesn’t agree.

My file is 49.8 MB which I’m guessing is just too big. I’ll try compressing it but I wanted to post the error here anyway since the error message should probably be fixed.

My audio file is copyrighted, but I’m happy to share it directly with someone if that would be helpful

Splitting the files with audacity solved it for me.

Let me know if there’s more information I can provide for recreating the error message, if not feel free to ignore this post

The audio file size limit is 200MB, so that wasn’t an issue. It sounds like some problem with that specific audio file. Re-formatting it and re-saving it as an mp3 file using any online or offline tool should fix the problem.
