When using Web Beta in Sentence Mode for Turkish (Example: Login - LingQ)
, I have the following issues:
Translate Sentence isn’t working at all. I think it might have worked occasionally at some point, but even when it did, it was generally super slow.
If I have the browser in a window taking up half the screen horizontally, which is how I generally use Lingq (as I have an adjacent window in which I play the content that I’m reading in Lingq), I can’t see the LingQ right pane (where lingq word/phrase and its meanings are shown).
I think I’ve run into other UI issues that may take place when I have such a window (ie, half screen width) open, such as the New Thread UI I’m typing in right now is messed up as I type in it.
There is no translate button (the old version has Google translate. I would love to be able to have sentence translate using DeepL right there in the sentence mode window!)
The beta looks great though. I can’t wait until it’s finished!
I agree deepl is the best. google translator is rubbish
Spanish sentence: Pero si podemos fotografiarla, quizás salgamos en las noticias. Google Translate: Ale pokud ji dokážeme vyfotit, možná to oznámíme. (does not make sense) deep translate: ale pokud se nám to podaří vyfotografovat, mohli bychom se dostat do zpráv. (like native Translate)
