I use a lot of youtube to mantain my languages, but my recommendations are mixed between five languages. Does it matter if I watch a video in French, then one in Italian, then German and so on? or should I try to leave a space between the languages that I use?

I don’t think it makes a big difference in most cases. There are some limited circumstances in which you may want to take it slow: for example, when you’re a beginner in a language, when you want to overcome the interference of a language with another that is similar and so on but most of the time it’s just ok. I myself do it all the time
