I took premium for the 12 months sub because I love LINGQ, but the problem is that I can’t pay all at once, I thought the payment was split several times, a very common form of payment here in Brazil But now my credit card got charged with the full on 399 R$ (with IOF) which i just can’t afford right now! Can I get a refund?

Please note that 6, 12, and 24-month memberships are all charged the full amount at once. That is the reason why they are cheaper on average per month compared to a monthly membership. In case you want to be charged each month separately, you should take the monthly subscription instead.
