Upload of only half of 20min YouTube video

Hi, when imported this YouTube video in Spanish “https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=frNTvnrF7WU”, which is a straightforward 20 minute video about housing, only the first half appeared as a lesson, with the audio and text both cutting at around the 10 minute mark. Perhaps I’m missing something and the second half is somewhere in my library I haven’t seen, but if so, it’s really not obvious where! All worked really well apart from half the video being missing. Any ideas? Many thanks, in advance. Dave.

I imported the video on my phone (Android) and it worked fine: 20:52 of audio and text.

Thanks Alain, that’s what I was expecting too, but it hasn’t worked for me, using Edge browser on a laptop, and as I say, only half the text and audio imported, no sign of the rest. I don’t want to use a phone for this, but I guess as a work around I could import using a phone then read and listen on the laptop. Shouldn’t really have to though, if there’s a better solution!

Still no news on why this might have happened. Only half the 20 minutes is transcribed and no second part anywhere to be found? Could it be that the video has subtitles fully edited and corrected that were imported from the YouTube source? Is there a limit on that type of import? I note another video of the same channel imported fully, though with an auto generated transcript.

Thanks for your suggestion! I’ll take a look at that option. The only thing being that it’s just the one “lesson” I’m concerned with here, rather than a whole course.
