A few days ago I got a “December Newsletter” and it said that if we upgrade, we could get 500 Free Points.
So I upgrade my LingQ account from Free to Basic, however I couldn’t find the code “UPSAVE 500”…

and more over I haven’t got any points yet. How long should I wait to get points??

“UPSAVE500” is the code. You had to put this in the “coupon code” entry field on the upgrade confirmation page. If you didn’t do this, you will not get any points.

I have manually added the points to your account now.
