Hi, I’ve tried to import text-based content in Japanese using broswer and app several times. They all failed. But when I did so to Thai, it worked.

I would use Calibre to convert the problem file to TXT and try importing that.

It would be useful to know the file extension of your file.

I just copied and pasted plain text and import. It shouldn’t have been a problem. And it only happens to Japanese. When I import plain text file in Thai, it works.
UPDATE: I removed all the formatting, and it seems to be working now.
@yeah_ok67 Thanks for the update. Sounds like formatting was causing an issue, we will investigate that.
