TV obsessions

I like Star Trek, The avengers, snooker (for learning numbers), the open university.

Ok, it’s a film, but…
Wallace and Gromit: the Curse of the Were-rabbit.

British humour at its most: “More tea, Vicar?”

I never watch tv… o_O

In 40 minutes Doctor Who will be on. It’s WWII and Churchill’s scientists have secretly devised a new front-line weapon. It’s a Dalek! the Doctor has to persuade them that this is a cunning new plan by the Daleks to take over the planet and enslave the human race. The Daleks are the most evil creatures in the universe and therefore MUCH WORSE than the Axis powers. See BBC One - Doctor Who.

My daughter, who possibly thinks it is all real, says she wishes it had been on last year because it would have helped her with her school project on Wartime Britain.

Thank you, Helen, for the timely reminder. Thanks to the ash cloud I can watch telly at home. @ PierreM: The Snooker World Championship are on, have fun counting the points. Long live Ronnie!
