Translation limit on highlighted phrases & app difficulties

Recently I decided to try the LingQ app and sentence mode again to review some more difficult content. The process has been quite enjoyable on PC but still more or less frustrating using anything other than sentence mode on the iPhone app.

Some issues that interrupted my session on the iPhone were:

1. Randomly unable to highlight words to create phrases (required app restart)
2. Having to cancel out of Playlist mode and go back to the course mode to review any words / phrases.
3. Using the regular mode, the screen doesn’t page with the auto-scrolling line marker.
4. Moving the audio bar doesn’t page to the correct position (unless in listening mode)
5. Getting very frustrated trying to select individual words within a LingQed phrase

Issue that affect PC

1. Translation limit on highlighted phrases (also iPhone)
   
   
   
   
2. Phrase translation doesn’t follow the sentence translation provider and there is no setting to pick a phrase translation provider.
   
   
3. Show contextual meanings option toggle doesn’t apply to phrases
   
   
   
   

Besides the issues, I’ve found the sentence mode quite effective and thought out for consuming this harder content. Thanks!

Another weird bug that wasn’t able to be fixed by refreshing the page.

This phrase appears twice, and after encountering it in sentence mode it duplicates over to the next sentence even when it isn’t present. Returning to the sentence it occurred in it adds another duplicate of the phrase.

Only workaround was to mark one of the duplicated phrases as known
