The issue with importing YouTube videos that have subtitles

I tested several videos, and although all of them have English subtitles, a “no subtitles found” error message appears. Please look into this.

Are you on the latest app version?

Desktop (Firefox, Linux Mint) seems ok.

@kurdavar.h Can you try importing again, but please cut the video URL after /watch?v=ThtGu-1JENY
without the &si=etc.. part and let me know if that helps.

I can not import any youtube video.

@kurdavar.h Unfortunately, we weren’t yet able to figure this one out since the problem can’t be reproduced on our end and we haven’t received any other complaints. Can you try to reinstall the app and give it another try?

I have the same problem. Bro, i was using chrome and it not working, but now i using firefox and it works good. Change your browser.

I have no desktop system, i work with the android app.
