Text to speech settings not working

I just noticed that you can play imported YouTube videos with the video on the screen at the same time as the CLICKABLE text. This is awesome. I have wanted this forever.

However, am used to playing a video on another device while following along on Lingq. Right now, when you click on a word while it’s playing it brings up the definition. But it then stops the video.

How can I change settings to make the video keep playing? Every time the video stops for my clicking it breaks what the person is saying. Which is annoying. I click on a word about every other sentence…

This screenshot is my settings. Which shows I have it set to NOT stop the lesson audio.

That setting you have disabled applies on lesson audio only, not on the video, unfortunately.
At the moment it’s not possible to have video keep playing, but we will see if there’s something we can do.

Yes, please do add that setting. Because the way it is now. I still have to play the video on a different device while following along on Lingq. I simply can not play the video with it the way it is now.
