I have been using LingQ for a little while now and I have enjoyed keeping tabs on my statistics. It seems like a slightly childish pursuit to be motivated by getting a few extra points, but it works and does make me focus on learning more words, properly rather than just haphazardly jumping through content.

One concern I have is that my score for words read seems to be disproportionately over my target. I don’t feel like I’m reading or have ‘too’ much, in fact I feel like I need to read more alongside my listening. What do you think? should I just set myself new targets or ignore the one for reading?

Hi Roni,

We really need to redo our reading targets. For now you can just ignore them.
