Swahili: Translation of Eating Out

Dear LingQ team, especially @nsprung ,

in the Swahili library I could not find Eating Out. I’d like to work with my tutor on the translation of this course, but before I do this I’d like to know if there already has been an effort by someone to do this, so that I could build upon this.

I’d also like to point out that “Who is She?” is of an embarrassingly low quality. I’d consider removing it from the library, because you only put off new learners. Just listen how the voice actors change between lesson 6 and 10. That’s crazy.

This is also an open call for other Swahili learners and speakers to help provide more quality content for the beginner and intermediate stage.

Hi @JulianiTOgo, thanks for the feedback. I’ll review the course and remove it if it seems a net negative to the Swahili library.

To answer your first question - To our knowledge, no user is currently working on a Swahili version of Eating Out.

Ok, then I will work with my tutor on this. Is there something I have to consider? In case you have the complete text file, could you send it to me?
