Subscription downgraded to Free

Dear Zoran,

Today I just cancelled my ongoing subscription and downgraded my account to free and my subscription is going to be ended on Feburary 9. Instead I bought a lifetime German membership as it suits me better because I do not want to lose data in the long term.

Please kindly make sure this ongoing subscription has been downgraded to free and will not be charged in the future. And, please make sure I have successfully been transferred to the lifetime German premium membership.

Hi Asad,

I checked your account and I can confirm you did everything right. Your Premium subscription will end in February and you will remain on German Lifetime only.
