It’s about шаркав.
I had severy instances of this occuring.
They way I understand it:
шар sound as “shar” кав contains indication it’s a past form.
Goal is to translate into French.
English verb potentially matching is to “to share”.
Let use an english verb with a french conjugation.
So it’s become “sharait”.
Not the first time I see it : Ukrainian verb is phonically interpreted into english and conjugated using french conjugation.
