Apologies if this is a FAQ but i cannot quickly find an answer.
I have a Plus voice enabled in Page view (under Windows) and it’s fine. But in sentence view the old non-Plus voice is still being used. Any way of fixing this?

That shouldn’t be the case. What browser are you using? Do you have the same issue in any lesson you open?
Browser is Chrome. And yes on different lessons. But the use of the Plus voice is very inconsistent. Seems to be there for individual word lookup but not necessarily elsewhere.
Can someone please spell out for me what I need to do to properly enable a Plus voice? Maybe i have overlooked a necessary step. I use both Windows/Chrome and iOS on different devices. What i have done is:
I think i get the correct voice to pronounce individual words but is not used for page or sentence readings. What am I missing please?
@johnd2 For sentence, TTS will play only if there is no audio attached to that lesson. If audio file exist, you will hear original audio instead of the TTS. Is that what happens on your end?
Yes, if there is other pre-existing audio then that makes sense. But I am looking at mini-stories currently, so no other audio available. The Vietnamese voice I am trying to use is Dang Tung Duy - it’s the only voice clearly marked as Northern accent.
@johnd2 Mini Stories do have audio file recorded by native speakers, properly timestamped, so in the sentence mode if you play audio, you will hear that original lesson audio, not TTS.
OK, thanks, that would explain it. I had assumed that the ministories were just plain text and using basic TTS for speech.
