I’ve been using multiple choice cards all day.

Suddenly, 4 lingqs in the set I’m working on have been changed to ‘span id’.

The translation and the sample sentence are intact.

Is this still the case with these LingQs? Also, would you be able to send us a screenshot of this? You can email the screenshot to support (at) lingq.com.

Yesterday, I changed all the ‘span id’ back to their respective words and have not seen the problem since.

I just searched my lingQ database for ‘span id’ and found one. So, the problem is still occurring. I sent you the screenshot via email.

Thanks for the screenshot! We’ll keep an eye on this one and see if we can figure out what might be causing this.

@pmilone - Were these newly created LingQs or were they words that you had saved in the past?

@pmilone - It looks like this might just be a remnant of the issue that caused some LingQs to display as “span id”. It doesn’t seem to be happening for any new words, so it might be a good idea to just manually fix those LingQs. If it happens to any additional LingQs then please let us know and we will investigate further.

OK…

Honestly I haven’t checked for it in a while since it hasn’t showed up in any multiple choice cards. I only checked for it when I saw Vera’s ‘lost lingQ post’ because I thought it might be related.

I’ll keep an eye out for it.
