Sound doesnt work at all in another computer

Hi im trying to use lingq from google chrome in another computer and the sound doesnt work in any lesson.,
I know its not a problem from lingq because from my another comp works just fine.
could you please tell me which plugin im missing in google chrome? i tried to instal the windows media player plugin but still i cant hear any lesson, audio doesnt work.

@Josu88 - Please, make sure that you have the most recent version of Flash Player installed. Also, would you try to refresh the page by pressing Ctrl+F5 to see if that helps?

Yes i installed the last version of flash player and still cant play the soundratcks of the lessons. Any idea of what else can it be?

@Josu88 - Have you refreshed the page? Sometimes it helps. Are you able to play Text to Speech in your lessons?

Hi, yes i refreshed the page, but still doesnt work. Text to speech also doesnt work, however i can play the audio of some lessons, maybe because they are older, i dont know what to do to fix this/

@Josu88 - I’m very sorry to hear that you’re still having trouble with this. It would be very helpful if you could provide the following information:

  1. Which operating system are you using?
  2. Which version of Chrome are you using?
  3. Do you experience the same issue in other browsers such as Firefox?
  4. In Chrome, are there any errors in the error console?
    (Using The Browser Error Console - Garden Gnome)
  5. Would you include a link to 1 lesson where the audio works and 1 lesson where the audio doesn’t work?

It’s a lot of information, but we’ve had trouble reproducing this issue and want to better understand what may be causing it. This information should hopefully help us track down the issue!
