Skip the Lesson complete! page

Hi,

Is there a way to skip the Lesson complete! screen between mini lessons? If I’m reviewing 20-30 lessones at a time, I find it a waste of time having to click twice to flip the page to the next lesson, especially that the button to open the next lesson is in a different spot. That is time that I don’t spent reading and I resent that.

Can you add a way to skip those pages and when I click next to just go straight to the next one?

I’m currently not using LingQ and I’d love to. The main reason is that LingQ makes me waste too much time. I have to click on every word to see the translation. Then I have to look away from where I’m reading to see the meanig of the word. Then I have to click twice to flip the page. etc. I would use it with interlinear translation, but that doesn’t work properly. And I have to reenable it on every single page, which takes two more clicks. I haven’t timed it, but it’s so much time just clicking.

I want to listen and read and do as little unnecessary clicking as possible.

I’m better of buying an electronic book, generate an interlinear translation with ChatGPT and listen to the audio book. I can import that anywhere or print it and I can read for 30 hours without any intreruption except a click or swipe or flip of the physical page. That’s reading.

Can you improve the User Interface on LingQ so we can spend more time reading and less clicking?

You can do that by getting read by the Lesson Complete page, but allowing us to keep translation on at all time and by fixing the translation. You can fix it by breaking the text by sentence and start each sentence on a new row just increasing the font size and bring the actual text as opposed to pictures of text, so that words are not broken in two, or even leggers broken in two. Making LingQ a great tool for reading is a low hanging fruit.

I’ve love to use LingQ, if you would allow me to spend more time reading.

Regards,

No, it’s not possible to skip the lesson complete page and honestly I don’t think that option will be added anytime soon.
