We receive an e-mail message from the system, if a tutor should cancel a conversation. But I suspect that when a student cancels a conversation, the tutor doesn’t get any message automatically from the system. If that is the case, should we send a message to the tutor, after we have canceled a conversation?
They don’t get an automatic message. But the discussion disappears from the list on the tutor page. That’s what I always have open and refer to just before a conversation. An e-mail from the student is always welcome too
There is no such message currently but it would be nice. I have added this to our list. In the meantime, tutors should check their Tutor list of conversations always, as Helen suggests.
