I have a premium, but it is still asking to upgrade
@zeltser59 Sorry to hear, we are looking into this.
What services are included in the Monolingual Lifetime plan?
I have always been able to use AI to simplify services, but recently it has stopped working.
I am a lifetime member of English, and I cannot use AI simplification. Yesterday, when I was importing videos into lingQ on my iOS phone using the YouTube client, it reminded me that I was a free member and could only import 5 courses. Later, I was suddenly able to import again.
Also for me I still can’t simplify lessons.
I also can’t simplify lessons even though I could last week.

@zoran
It appears this isn’t working for me as well.
We will make sure to bring back the simplify lesson feature to all grandfathered members. Some users got left behind, but we are working on it.
@zoran what are the criteria for grandfathering?
(I got premium 6 months ago, and I turned it into lifetime for 1 language 1 month ago)
@alainravet1 All users who had active Premium/Lifetime in the moment when Simplify Lesson feature was moved to Plus plan, will retain access to that feature.

Hi, I was active but was removed.
Will we be notified of this as when i studied last night the feature wasn’t activated on my account. I have lifetime one language (Turkish).
@bdaxman We will re-enable the feature for all users that were Premium/Lifetime before the Plus plan was introduced. This is work in progress and I’ll post here when it’s done.
Does the simlify feature also apply to previously Premium users who have upgraded to Premium Plus if they return to Premium in the future?
No, that won’t work since old Premium plan (which included the simplify feature) is no longer available and it won’t be possible to return to that plan.
Zoran, do you have any updates regarding this issue?
@zeltser59 Not yet, I will post here as soon as I hear back from developers.
@zeltser59 Simplify lesson feature is available for lessons at an intermediate or advanced level. You can’t simplify beginner level lessons, that is how it always worked.
None of these is beginner-level. The one that is missing this function is B2 level (see the subject), which is = High-Intermediate
