I would like know whether it’s possible or not to review all flashcards entered for a certain language using the android app. The only way I found to review the lingq is to open a lesson first. So, my question is, can we just review all flashcards avaialble for a language?

If you are using the app, you’ll have to open specific lessons to review those lists of cards, but you should be able to access all your flashcards by opening up the Vocabulary page on the site from your mobile device.
If you enable the LingQs of the Day from the settings page, you’ll be sent a new list from your SRS pile each day. These can be reviewed from the app by tapping on the Daily LingQs button at the bottom.
